Our 5 cheese smoked mac is by far a customer favorite. This creamy concoction starts with a cream cheese rue then a balanced  blend of smoked gouda, parmesan, and cheddar. For and extra cost you can add topping such as blue cheese, bbq chicken, bacon any of the smoked meats we provide.

Our baked beans will blow your mind!! A simple but a complex mix of sweet, tangy and sultry.  We can customize our baked beans to be either vegetarian or loaded with some pork fixings. These BBQ beans do not disappoint!!  

Right out of grandmas pantry is our potato salad.  Slow roasted grilled potatoes mixed with a plethora of fresh herbs and spices and then with time all those flavors mesh together to make to an unbelievable potato salad.   

A veggie medley for the ages! We hand select this seasonal veggie mix and smother it with butter and our proprietary southwest blend of seasonings. 

 We mix fuji apples, smoked jalapeños, and our signature slaw sauce all in a mix of shredded broccoli, carrots and cucumber. The flavors are a true match made in heaven. 

A mix of romaine or mixed green salad topped with carrots, mushrooms, cucumbers and cherry tomato's and your choice of dressing.
